1. Who we are

KINKD (kinkd.store) is operated by Viral Reach Ltd, trading as KINKD, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16348545, with its registered office at Suite G04, 1 Quality Court, Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1HR ("KINKD", "we", "us"). You can contact us at [email protected].

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Adults only (18+)

This website sells adult products and is strictly for adults. By using the site or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund any payment where we reasonably believe the customer is under 18.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these terms.

4. Products and orders

Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations in colour and packaging may occur. All products are sold for their lawful intended use by adults.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) where a product is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, where payment fails or is flagged for fraud, or where we believe the buyer is under 18.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable UK VAT where relevant. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor; we do not store your full card details. If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as such, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with a discreet sender name. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive payment in full. If you give us an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for parcels delivered to that address, though we will try to help.

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

If you are a consumer you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to an important exception for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed — which applies to most intimate products we sell. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

8. Acceptable use of the site

You must not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, introduce malicious code, scrape or republish content at scale, or use the site to harass or harm anyone. Content on this site (text, guides, images, branding) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Our guides and articles are provided for general information only. They are not medical advice. Always read product instructions and stop using any product that causes pain or injury.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

10. General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction — if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.

Translations of this page are provided for convenience only; the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
